Q: Why does my house need washing, and how often is it required?

A: Every home should be cleaned every two or three years to remove surface dirt, mold, algae, fungus spider webs, dirt , po9llen dust, spider droppings, wasp nest, dirt dobbler nests, etc. Many sidings oxidize which needs special attention. To tell if your siding is oxidized just rub your hand across it. If you rub your hand over the the surface of the siding and you end up with a chalky film on your hand then you have oxidation. Sometimes you can see black spots on the siding.  These spots are an indication of a fungus called Arikery fungus. it is usually caused by mulch around your home along with fly waste. It's very hard to remove this from your home. Most homes do not have this.

Q: How do you wash a house?

A: We spray on  a special house washing solution to your entire home. This solution will dissolve and remove your entire mold and mildew. then we carefuly wash (low pressure) you entire home, top to bottom leaving you with that new look.
